The most important part of purchasing new equiptment, is the INSTALLATION. You can buy an excellent piece of equiptment, and not have it installed by a N.A.T.E. certified technician, and you will have all kinds of problems.  You can have one installed, and not keep it maintained, and you will have all kinds of problems.

One other thing to look out for is that a NATE certified company, does not mean you have a certified technician in your home. There is a lot of companies misleading their customers by getting one technician certified, and saying they have only one technician. But, in fact, they have dozens of technicians. Ask your company how many technicians are certified.
